Shipping Policies
Normally, we ship all orders* within four business days, except during store-wide sales in February, October, and on Cyber Monday, when processing may take between 5 and 9 business days to complete. USPS shipping times are slower during November and December! Please keep that in mind when planning your projects.

FREE*: Orders over $150 and under 10lbs - USPS First Class shipping for all domestic shipping. *For orders over 10 pounds, we reserve the right to contact you regarding shipping charges.
NOTIONS: Orders under $150 - $5 for USPS 1st Class shipping, or $10 for USPS Priority shipping
FABRIC: Orders under $150 - $15 for USPS 1st Class shipping, or $25 for USPS Priority shipping
SWATCH: $5.00 USPS 1ST Class shipping for under 20 swatches!
FABRIC ROLLS: If you request that your fabric shipped be on a roll instead of folded flat, there may be an additional charge.
*For orders over 10 pounds, we reserve the right to contact you regarding shipping charges. We reserve the right to contact the customer if packages are over sized or heavier than standard for extra charges.
DOMESTIC TURNAROUND TIME
USPS FIRST CLASS: Within four business days, except during our store-wide sales in February, October, and on Cyber Monday
USPS PRIORITY: Within two business days, except during our store-wide sales in February, October, and on Cyber Monday
UPS NEXT DAY: UPS Next Day shipping can be arranged by request Monday - Friday. The cut-off time is noon and the minimum cost is $30.
To ensure a delightfully safe delivery, all orders over $100.00 require a signature confirmation.
SWATCH TURNAROUND TIME
EIGHT SWATCHES OR FEWER: * IMPORTANT! While we're revamping our website, there is a 4 - 8 business day turnaround for all online swatch orders of under 8 swatches, including USPS Priority swatches.
OVER EIGHT SWATCHES: Five to ten business day turnaround, including USPS Priority swatches.

SHIPPING COST: actual cost of shipping plus a nominal handling charge. International customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. You are responsible for all customs duty fees.
SHIPPING METHOD: USPS First Class or USPS Priority
SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS: your billing and shipping address must match.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKING:
USPS First Class - NO tracking! We are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
USPS Priority - Tracking is provided by USPS. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL TIMES:
USPS First Class usually arrives within two to three weeks, however can take up to six weeks. Please allow for unexpected delays.
USPS Priority Mail will typically arrive within 6-10 business days. This estimate does not account for the length of time packages may be held in customs. We unfortunately have no way to predict this delay.
For your protection, shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.
